EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY:
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON OUR WORK, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF DAMAGE.
Any exception to this rule will be decided on a case by case basic and incur a 10% restocking fee.

As you all know, this book is an engineering feat, and each one is put together with care and by hand. That means it's delicate! So watch the video and get to know your book.
If you purchased a Book Bundle books may come separately so don’t worry if you haven’t received all of your order at the same time.

Looking for tracking info on your purchase?
Paypal sends notifications to your email address. Make sure you check your spam or junk folder for important info like purchase confirmation and tracking details.
How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Purchases ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping times range from 2-8 days, shipping from the East Coast. For instance, if your shipping address is California, you can expect your package in about 8 days. If you are in Washington DC, it will take about 2 days.
My shipping address is different from my Paypal info, what do I do?
Send us an email and let us know what the correct shipping address is. We can change it for you.
My package hasn’t arrived yet. Can you help me track it?
Absolutely! Although you should receive a tracking number from Paypal, if you can’t find the info, send us an email and we will provide that info to you. Purchases come in different packages and shipping time varies so don’t worry if you haven’t received all of your order at the same time.
International Sales:
For all orders going outside the US, you must select the international options for shipping. All wrong orders will be refunded back to you minus the PayPal processing fee of 5%. Shipping takes can take longer as packages get stuck in customs and addresses get confused. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE ACCURATE ADDRESS INFO. It’s easier for you as the customer to track your package than the Kingorama team. Keep track of where the package is and ALWAYS provide a telephone number when you place an order.
